  • What is an ActionID?
    An ActionID is the account you use to access services from NGP VAN and EveryAction such as NGP, VAN, Action Platform, EveryAction, Online Actions, and Targeted Email, etc. It includes the email address and password you use to log in, as well as additional security information that you use to access these services.
  • How many ActionID accounts do I need?
    One account is all you need. An ActionID lets us know who you are and we use it to keep track of which services and organizations you have access to. You don't have to worry about remembering multiple usernames and passwords.
  • Can I share my ActionID with someone else?
    Your ActionID should not be shared with anyone. We use it to grant you access to the services and organizations that you have access to. Sharing your ActionID means you're giving others access to these services and organizations and is against our terms of service. Creating an ActionID is simple so we believe everyone should have their own!
  • How do I keep my ActionID secure?
    Security is very important. You should always use a strong password that is unique to ActionID - that means you shouldn't use the same password for ActionID that you use for any other online accounts.

    You should also enable two-factor authentication. With Two-Factor Authentication, you'll protect your account with both your password and your phone. You'll be asked to enter a short code anytime you log in from a new device.
